  • Guarantee: Palmer Group offers a guarantee period, during which we will replace a candidate if they leave the company.

Engaged search is a hybrid model that combines elements of both retained and contingency searches. Engaged searches allow clients to source their own candidates and be more involved in the interview process.   • Upfront Fee: Clients pay an initial fee to engage the recruiter. The remaining fee is paid upon a successful placement.
