Our Founder and His Mission
Palmer Group was founded in 1998 by Austin Palmer. His mission to change the employment landscape by creating a premier employment agency has helped our company grow from a few talented individuals to over 80 dedicated employment experts.
Austin Palmer established a culture of trust, love, fun, and passion, inspiring people to embrace his vision of making lives better. When the decision was made in 2016 to become an employee-owned company, this opportunity combined the legacy of an ownership mentality with an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) structure.
Throughout our history, one thing has always remained the same: we’re constantly excited by the work we do on behalf of our many clients and job seekers around the country.
