All benefits are offered to Palmer Group temporary and contract W-2 employees  including health insurance coverage that meets the requirements set forth by the Affordable Care Act. This excludes self-employed contractors (1099).

Health, Dental and Vision Insurance

Summary & Criteria

Palmer Group offers health, dental, and vision coverage options for all temporary and contract W-2 employees. If elected, these benefits go into effect the first of the month after 60 days of continuous employment. Employees must work a minimum of 30 hours per week to qualify for coverage. You will be notified of your options once you meet the requirements. Open enrollment for these benefits occurs towards the end of each year.

Palmer Group offers three different medical plans. Additionally, we offer dental and vision plans. Employees have the option to sign up for individual or family coverage.

Retirement Options

401k

We offer a 401k retirement plan for our employees and full-time contractors. Once you qualify to participate, you can decide which investment options are best for you. You can choose to contribute to your 401k before or after-tax.
