Palmer Group Celebrates 25 Years of Service

April 24, 2023 | West Des Moines, IA – Palmer Group celebrates 25 years of making lives better in the employment industry. The company was founded in 1998 by Austin Palmer with the mission of becoming Iowa’s premier employment firm.

In 2016, Palmer Group became 100% employee-owned and has since expanded its service offerings and presence in the Midwest to six states and three offices, with continued growth on the horizon.  

Chief Financial Officer, Traci Ellis, weighs in on Palmer Group’s future, “While I look forward to our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) shares increasing in value, ultimately I’m excited to watch the next generation turn into leaders and develop in their roles”.
